Hair Mane-tenance Subscription
Terms & Conditions
Thank you for subscribing to our Hair Mane-tenance services! Please review the following terms to ensure a seamless experience.

1. Subscription Options
Choose between 6-month or 12-month plans based on your selected service.
All services must be used within the subscription period. Unused services cannot be carried over.
2. Payment Terms
Payments are made in monthly installments.
Late payments will result in service suspension until payment is received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable.
Cancellations require 30 days’ written notice. Used services will be charged at full pay-as-you-go rates, and any balance must be cleared before finalizing cancellation.
No refunds are provided for unused services.
4. Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
Appointments must be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations (less than 48 hours) will count as used services and cannot be rescheduled.
5. Subscription Plans
Your subscription includes specific services delivered at regular intervals:
Relaxer Combo: Relaxer, trim, and deep conditioning every 2 months, plus protein treatments 4 weeks post-relaxer.
Conditioning & Trim: Conditioning treatments and trims every other month.
Silk Press: Wash, conditioning, trim, and silk press every 2 months.
It’s your responsibility to book appointments within the subscription term.

6. Additional Services
Services outside the subscription are charged at regular pay-as-you-go rates.
Subscribers enjoy a 10% discount on add-on services (e.g., styling, treatments, sew-ins) during the subscription period.
7. Priority Booking
Subscribers get priority booking but should book early to secure preferred time slots. Availability cannot be guaranteed.

8. Non-Transferability
Subscriptions are non-transferable and exclusive to the subscriber.

9. Health & Suitability
Notify us of any medical or scalp conditions that may affect treatment (e.g., relaxers).
If a service is unsuitable (e.g., relaxer on over-processed hair), an alternative will be recommended.
10. Termination by Stylist
Subscriptions may be terminated if terms are repeatedly violated (e.g., late payments, missed appointments).
Unused services may be refunded at our discretion, minus pay-as-you-go rates for completed services.
11. Price Adjustments
Prices are fixed for the subscription term. Future price changes apply only to new subscriptions.

12. Communication
All payment, cancellation, and rescheduling requests must be sent via email, text, or WhatsApp.
